Neal Grossheider, Owner and President of TAB Emerald Coast and ANV Business Solutions LLC, has over 15 years of leadership and coaching experience with the Air Force, both Active Duty and Air Force Reserve, and owning and operating a multi-award winning real estate team. Neal’s experience in Business Advisory and Coaching includes particular emphasis on leadership, people management, consulting, program creation and implementation, sales and sales management, mentoring and coaching, time management, and strategic planning. He is a graduate of Northcentral University, earning an MBA with honors, and Southeast Missouri State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications and Computer Networking. He holds certifications as an Air Force Master Instructor, Aviation Program Safety Management, and Aircraft Mishap Investigations.

Micky Kilburn is a highly experienced professional with a rich background that combines eight years of dedicated service in the U.S. Navy with over 16 years of success in IT. As the Chief Facilitator at The Alternative Board Emerald Coast, he utilizes his leadership and problem-solving expertise to steer business owners towards growth and achievement. In addition to his role at The Alternative Board, Micky is a committed real estate broker associate who specializes in assisting military members and veterans with their housing needs, using his own experiences to offer tailored and personalized support. Tara Lewis is the CEO of TML Credit Consulting LLC and the founder of Transitioning thru Trauma to Triumph, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting domestic violence survivors through advocacy and financial education. With over a decade of experience in credit consulting, Tara is driven by a passion for empowering others to overcome challenges and achieve financial independence.

Growing up in an underserved community, Tara experienced financial hardships firsthand, which inspired her mission to provide practical tools and guidance for individuals to transform their financial lives. Her deep commitment to giving back is evident in her work with nonprofit organizations, underserved populations, and youth groups, where she offers free financial literacy programs to help others build a brighter future.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Tara is a devoted mother and a strong advocate for women’s empowerment. She thrives on forming connections and fostering collaboration, exemplified by her monthly women’s entrepreneurial events that inspire partnerships and friendships. Whether traveling, relaxing on the beach, or investing in her interests, Tara infuses her life with resilience, generosity, and a desire to uplift those around her.
